Frosted Snow Girl Enchantress

Hi everyone, I'm Victoria ( the new kid on the block). I made this Christmas card as part of the Design Team inspiration.
I used Heather's adorable image called Frosted Snow Girl Enchantress, which you can only get here at The Lacy Sunshine Shoppe.
All my cards are 3D, so I printed the image three times and colored them with Prismacolor, Koh-I-Noor and Derwent Inktense pencils. I cut each image in different places and stacked them with soft pads to form a 3D image. I printed the background card stock using the Craftscapes Manhattan Winter Digikit in my Craft Artist 2 program. All the pieces were layered and then finished off with embellishments.

Following is my color recipe card.

I hope to see you in our anything goes challenge.

Thank you,
Victoria

Tinsels Tangles

Hi all! I am here to share some creative inspiration with you today! I have a bunch of Christmas cards to send overseas so I can't really bling them all up.  I find they get ruined on the way there or cost an arm and a leg to send.  So I decided what better images to focus on than Lacy Sunshine ones! Tinsels Tangles in so cute! I loved worked with her.  I used a bunch of stickles for sparkle.  I hope you like her too!

Eleanor & PIckles Lighting Fun

I'm super excited to share my inspirational post today.
I decided to make a new Christmas pen holder for my desk.
And what perfect image to use but Eleanor & Pickles Lighting Fun!

I started with picking up this very plain pen/pencil holder
at the local Thrift Shop.
And some black paint.

I then colored my image, and cut out some backing papers to make some layers.  I also used a poinsettia from a small die, and a Christmas lights die.
I used Modge Podge to completely cover the entire
project after it was assembled.

Very simple project, but it certainly brightens up my desk.

It's not too long 'til Christmas at Lacy Sunshine Stamps!

I love this time of year when the air is getting brisk and the pretty decorations are getting put up around the homes everywhere.  I've been lovingly coloring up a storm with my Lacy Sunshine Digital Stamps in anticipation of my card making for Christmas.  The image I'm using today is called Rory's Christmas Presents-you can only find Rory images at Lacy Sunshine stamps as she was created by the talented Founder, Heather Valentin.  I just love her big-eyed look-there are many people that copy this look, but Lacy Sunshine is the original store!
I used some gorgeous ornament paper from Kaiserkraft, some soft blue glossy dot paper as a mat, and then a simple soft blue bow with a die cut of evergreen tucked underneath.  Simple but classy.
On the inside, I used some silver frosted snowflake paper and then, as I always do, finished it off with a sentiment.
Come over and check the store out here--Heather has a great discount sale going on with money saving discounts!
